Audre Lorde once said "When I dare to be powerful, to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid." I love this. FEAR is an interesting thing. Some people look at fear as a BAD thing, but it's really not. If you're never afraid and you never take ANY risks, you most likely haven't been as successful either. Now make sure they are CALCULATED risks, but don't be afraid to be afraid... at least a little bit!
