Mary Tyler Moore said ”Take chances, make mistakes. That’s how you grow. Pain nourishes your courage. You have to fail in order to practice being brave.” What a great quote! I'm going to add one word to each part though. Take CALCULATED chances... make LITTLE mistakes. If you have much to lose and much to gain, be careful that you don't risk so much that you put yourself in a position where a failure could ruin everything. I'm a big fan of taking chances... MANY TIMES in my life I've taken a chance. Some of those times were a success, the other times were a lesson!
