Once in a day sometime, sit silently and from all connections disconnect yourself.” Nice... that's a great quite from Star Wars... but it makes sense in the real world too! Sometimes you need to unplug.... unwind... and disconnect for the hustle and bustle. That can be different for each and every one of us! Some people like to go for a walk... others may like to go for a quiet drive. Whatever that “happy place” is for you... find it.... and go there once in a while! It does not need to be an expensive exotic vacation... but those can be good too... but at the right time, but unplug a little bit every day!
