If you're wanting bigger biceps, there is a special workout designed just for that. If you want to work on your legs, it's a completely different workout. If you've met me you may wonder how I know any of this... I used to go to the gym twice a day... but that was many year... and many pounds ago! I need to focus my attention and give some intention to this again! It's proof positive that by ignoring these things I've drifted away!
