David DeNotaris said “As you know, life is an echo; we get what we give.” I agree with that 100%! I've witnessed this first hand. I had an issue with a company where I had to call into a call center. It was a phone tree and message after message. Finally after 40 minutes I got a person. That person was having a bad day and I let that inspire me to be an echo back. Needless to say the call did not go well and my troubles persisted. I called back with a cooler head and got a different person. I started the call by saying “thank you for helping me get this fixed today, I appreciate your assistance” Can you guess how much better that call went?!
