Dalai Lama said “If you don't love yourself, you cannot love others.” I agree with this for sure. I have talked to people who have found a way to hate themselves. I've had times where I've been pretty down on myself too, but it's important to LOVE yourself. We don't have to think we are perfect, we don't even have to think we have it all figured out. We know that we are all a “work in progress”... but it all begins with LOVE! If you first love yourself, then you may find others to love as well. I'll bet there are people in your life who love you right now... even if you don't realize it. There are people who may even love you more than you love yourself sometimes. Be that person to someone who needs you!
