Elon Musk said "There's a tremendous bias against taking risks. Everyone is trying to optimize their (ass) tail -covering." He said a different word than TAIL... but this is a FAMILY show! Elon is right on this for sure. I've worked in the broadcast radio industry for almost thirty years. In that time I've watched more and more companies buy up stations and everything has become pretty corporate. In that environment, many people are afraid to take a chance on anything new. If it does not work out... you'll lose your job. If it does work out you will get a little praise, but that's about it. There is no reason to try anything new! That's sad to me!
