Franklin D. Roosevelt said "The only thing to fear is fear itself." What a famous quote. This comes from the aftermath of Pearl Harbor. President Roosevelt addressed the nation to remind them that we have nothing to fear, but fear itself. Have you ever been there? I have! Afraid... when I know I really don't need to be afraid, but fear has taken over and almost paralyzed me into giving up on something that mattered so much before... now I let fear shut me down to the point where I almost gave up. As a matter of fact, giving up would have been easier. Instead, I took on the uphill climb to get back to where I needed to be... to overcome fear and finally look success in the eye!
