I've met people who always seem to be chasing love... sometimes putting themselves in a “Pretty in Pink” situation. This 1986 film shows Molly Ringwald as Andie... she was chasing Andrew McCarthy as Blane... all the while Jon Cryer who played Duckie loved her so much. He loved her for who she was. I was so sad that she didn't end up with Duckie... that was the original ending, but it was changed. I think the original ending would have been better. I think she would have been happier long-term with Duckie... but instead... she chased love!
