Peter Dinklage said "I hate that word: lucky. It cheapens a lot of hard work." I love this quote. I agree with Mr. Dinklage 100%! I don't really believe in luck. I believe in hard work. I believe in blessings. I believe in relationships. I think many people who are considered lucky are really more likely a hard worker, or they have a good relationship with the right people, or they may even be blessed by God himself, because of who they are. I think LUCK is a cop out. I think the people who throw that word out the most are typically lazy, and it's easier to say the person who got the promotion was lucky, rather than they were working harder and building a good relationship with the person who made the decision.
