Are you on the right track? Are you still moving forward? Like Will said, if you're just sitting there, you'll get run over. I had a client who spent a bunch of money to buy new furnishings for their business. The were loaded into the back room. About four years later they were STILL in the back room. He spent all the money, but then didn't take the time to actually do anything with all the stuff. He finally hired a new manager and the manager made a huge first step. He spent his own time on weekends making the updates. HUGE difference!
