Robert Louis Stevenson said "Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant." I love the wisdom in this. You can not harvest if you don't first plant! I worked at a radio station over 20 years ago, who had activity goals, not sales goals. They said “You can not control whether or not they say yes or no, but you can control how many people you give the opportunity to say yes, by giving more people the chance to say yes, you will absolutely get more people to say yes!” I lived in that environment for a while and I can tell you that's ABSOLUTELY true! I learned quite a bit in my time there, but my biggest lesson may have been this, see more people to increase sales!
