Shelia Lirio Marcelo said "I think in terms of evolutions, not revolutions. Failure is not part of my vocabulary." I love that. I took a job in Nebraska at a heritage radio station. They launched in 1922.. I didn't work there THAT long ago... I'm not THAT old! But it was over twenty years ago. In the job interview... the general manager told me they're evolutionary... not revolutionary! He told me... he was the third general manager in almost 80 years of service to the community. His father served in that position before him... and his grand father way back before that. They didn't want to be cutting edge, they wanted to be the STANDARD!
