A broadcaster friend worked with a guy who said “we don't have problems here, we have opportunities” That's a great way to look at things! MOST things. One day, early in his broadcasting career, he interrupted a manager's meeting. The owner and managers were there. He rushed in and said “we have a problem!” The owner reminded him, we have an opportunity! The young man replied with, “yeah, we're going to have the opportunity to put up a new radio tower, the guy mowing at the tower site hit ours with his tractor!
